Tokens are charged for successful message delivery.

Charge model

  • A successful POST /otp/send or POST /links/send charges channel tokens.
  • WhatsApp / Telegram: 1 token.
  • SMS: 16 tokens.
  • POST /links/shorten without sending — no delivery charge.

Practice

Keep a token reserve for registration peaks. Set balance alerts on your side (cabinet polling / monitoring “Insufficient tokens” errors).
